Tangna Law is the website of my law firm, a Danish law firm based near Copenhagen, Denmark.

I provide legal services to Danish companies, in Danish, English and Mandarin, in a wide variety of cross-border matters and have extensive cooperation experience with Chinese law firms.

My advice include drafting and reviewing of contracts,  cross-border litigation, certification of evidence, negotiation of settlement,  cyber fraud,  IPR cross-border infringement, import/export, establishment of Chinese Ltd, challenges in connection with COVID and other Danish/Chinese legal services. 

My advice reflect the experience I have gained over more than 25 years in various legal disciplines, especially internationally and between Denmark and China.
